At Bustamove you will be training in a positive, safe, fun and goal orientated environment. Our experienced trainers will work with you to help you achieve your goals in health and fitness.
Whether your sessions are indoors or outdoors your safety is our first priority. All training is tailored to meet your needs, age and current fitness level.
Bustamove trainers have experience training everyone from primary children to seniors, athletes and everyone in between. Sessions are designed specifically for individual requirements and age groups.
Bustamove’s fitness challenges are run over a 6 week period.
The sessions offered include a combination of strength & conditioning, boxing, running and core work. Extra cardio can be done outside of the sessions.
There is always a fitness goal to reach at the end, food monitoring (if after weight loss) and assessments at the start and end.
